Shipping & Returns

Returns: All sales are final and we do not accept returns for all items, especially the supplements due to their sensitive nature. The only exceptions we can make are for those with manufacturing defects and/or wrong items being received.

Reports of products with manufacturing defects or order discrepancies must be communicated to Aura Roots within 72 hours of delivery.

Unauthorized Returns: There will be no refunds for unauthorized returns.

Shipping Times and Couriers: For items coming from our warehouse, we may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for US orders and FedEx for international orders. For items coming directly from our manufacturer, they may ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive. AK, GU, HI, PR, VI: The $9.99 shipping rate only applies to supplement orders shipping to any of the 48 domestic states, which does not include AK, HI, or PR.

Lost, Damaged, Delayed Packages: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay in delivery of the supplements caused by the courier or any other service provider. • Oasis products are a mixture of natural ingredients that pose no health risk to you, your children, or your pets. The Material Safety Data Sheet for Oasis demonstrates this by listing no hazards.

•When using Oasis Fogging Solution, treatment should only require 15-30 minutes to treat a 12′ x 12′ room depending on the size of the fogger, followed by closing the room up for at least 4 hours (24 hours is recommended). The longer the room is closed up, the more effective the treatment.

• Dealing with mold problems is a process. To properly deal with mold contamination follow the steps which include the following.

a. The source of the moisture that was feeding the mold must be eliminated.

b. Visible mold contamination must be removed.

c. An Oasis Fogging Solution or Oasis Misting Solution treatment must be conducted.

If these three items are completed, mold contamination will not return. However, if moisture returns to the environment, mold may return as well.

Inspect the kit once you receive it to make sure all items are in included.
