Shipping policy
Shipping Times and Couriers: For items coming from our warehouse, we may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for US orders and FedEx for international orders. For items coming directly from our manufacturer, they may ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive. For any special requests (i.e. using a specific courier), you can email us at office@evanbrand.com
AK, GU, HI, PR, VI: The $9.99 shipping rate only applies to supplement orders shipping to any of the 48 domestic states, which does not include AK, HI, or PR.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping on supplement orders within the US, we use UPS 2-Day unless requested otherwise. Please note that expedited shipping is not a guaranteed service, and delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. Orders must be placed by 2 pm Central to be eligible for expedited processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after the cut‑off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
The $20 expedited shipping rate applies only to supplement orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states and does not apply to AK, HI, or PR.

We shall not be liable for any stolen packages. However, we can offer a 25% discount if you reorder. For international orders, please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
International Orders: It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
International Tax/Fees: We are not responsible for any international fees, duty, and/or taxes you may incur. By placing an international order, you agree that international shipments are sent with duties and taxes unpaid and that you will be fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and carrier clearance or brokerage fees, which may equal or exceed the value of your order.
Declared Value: Customs regulations require us to declare the full retail value of the items, regardless of any discounts or promotions applied to your purchase. Even if you paid a reduced price, the declared value will reflect the original retail price.
