All ingredients for Aura Roots supplements can be found on auraroots.com and further information can be requested via email at office@evanbrand.com.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All products are provided for educational and wellness support purposes only. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for its use and any outcomes that may result. We make no guarantees regarding individual results. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, dietary, or wellness protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. The seller, manufacturer, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any products.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure there are no specific allergens or any ingredients they need to avoid in the supplements before they are shipped, the best time to bring this up is during the filling out of the intake form and during a consultation. If products are sent and allergies or ingredients you have issues with are found after the fact, the below return policy applies.

Once an order has been processed we can no longer make changes to it. Please double-check information before finalizing your payment.

1.  Returns: All sales are final and we do not accept returns for all items, especially the supplements due to their sensitive nature. The only exceptions we can make are for those with manufacturing defects and/or wrong items being received.

Reports of products with manufacturing defects or order discrepancies must be communicated to Aura Roots within 72 hours of delivery.

2. Unauthorized Returns: There will be no refunds for unauthorized returns.

3. Backorders: We do not automatically cancel backorders without a customer’s request; therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel backorders if delivery time is a factor. 

4. Refunds:  All sales are final. We do not give refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

5. Shipping Times and Couriers: For items coming from our warehouse, we may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for US orders and FedEx for international orders. For items coming directly from our manufacturer, they may ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive. 6. AK, GU, HI, PR, VI: The $9.99 shipping rate only applies to supplement orders shipping to any of the 48 domestic states, which does not include AK, HI, or PR. 

7. Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping for supplement orders within the US, we use UPS 2-Day unless requested otherwise. Cut-off time is 2 pm Central. The $20 expedited shipping rate only applies to supplement orders shipping to any of the 48 domestic states, which does not include AK, HI, or PR

8. Lost, Damaged, Delayed, and Stolen Packages: We shall not be liable for any stolen packages or any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of the supplements caused by the courier or any other service provider. We shall not be liable for any stolen packages. However, we can offer a 25% discount if you reorder. For international orders, please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

9. International Orders: It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. 

10. International Tax/Fees: We are not responsible for any international fees, duty, and/or taxes you may incur. By placing an international order, you agree that international shipments are sent with duties and taxes unpaid and that you will be fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and carrier clearance or brokerage fees, which may equal or exceed the value of your order.

11. Declared Value: Customs regulations require us to declare the full retail value of the items, regardless of any discounts or promotions applied to your purchase. Even if you paid a reduced price, the declared value will reflect the original retail price.
