Note: I often add our microbiome support 3 formula to this bundle to help increase your results. I recommend an organic acids test result to confirm whether or not you have Candida and/or Mold colonization issue.

Start with one supplement at the lowest dose. Add a capsule/scoop each day until you reach the recommended dose. If at any point you feel any discomfort, you can go back to the last dose you felt good on, try to increase again after a couple of days, and if the discomfort persists you can stay on the last dose you felt good on. You can add in the next supplement, and do the same procedure. 
 
If discomfort/symptoms persist please consult with a healthcare practitioner.
