How to take it

Recommended use

Take 3 capsules once daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are taking medication, or other nutritional supplements consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. Warnings: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 3,000 mcg RAE (10,000 IU) of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day unless directed to do so by a healthcare practitioner.
