All ingredients for Aura Roots supplements can be found on this site, and further information can be requested via email at office@evanbrand.com.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All products are provided for educational and wellness support purposes only. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for its use and any outcomes that may result. We make no guarantees regarding individual results. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, dietary, or wellness protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure there are no specific allergens or ingredients they need to avoid in the supplements before they are shipped. The best time to raise this is during the intake form or a consultation. If a product is shipped and an allergen or ingredient concern is found afterward, the return policy below applies.
Once an order has been processed we can no longer make changes to it. Please double-check your information before finalizing payment.
02 Returns
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any items, especially supplements, due to their sensitive nature. The only exceptions are manufacturing defects, wrong items received, or orders that fall under the 14-day EU Cooling Period below.
Reports of products with manufacturing defects or order discrepancies must be communicated to Aura Roots within 72 hours of delivery.
03 Unauthorized Returns
There will be no refunds for unauthorized returns.
04 Backorders
We do not automatically cancel backorders without a customer's request. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel a backorder if delivery time is a factor.
05 Refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The only exceptions are manufacturing defects, wrong items received, or orders that fall under the 14-day EU Cooling Period below.
06 EU Customers, 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package, without giving any reason.
Exceptions: For health protection and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to any supplements or wellness products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
How to cancel: You must notify us within the 14-day window by filling out our online EU Withdrawal Form, or by emailing us directly at office@evanbrand.com.
Return shipping: You must mail the products back to us within 14 days of submitting your cancellation notice. You are responsible for covering the direct cost of return shipping.
Refunds: We will refund your purchase price plus the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Premium shipping upgrades (like Express) are non-refundable, and outbound shipping is not refunded for partial order returns.
