Shipping & Returns

Returns: All sales are final and we do not accept returns for all items, especially the supplements due to their sensitive nature. The only exceptions we can make are for those with manufacturing defects and/or wrong items being received.

Reports of products with manufacturing defects or order discrepancies must be communicated to Aura Roots within 72 hours of delivery.

Unauthorized Returns: There will be no refunds for unauthorized returns.

Shipping Times and Couriers: For items coming from our warehouse, we may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for US orders and FedEx for international orders. For items coming directly from our manufacturer, they may ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive. Samento
This is a hydro-ethanol extract from U. tomentosa (bark), also known as Cat’s Claw. It is traditionally used for health promotion by indigenous tribes of the Peruvian Amazon, and ongoing research continues to elucidate its healthsupporting effects.†

This includes other active constituents such as esters (ex. carboxyl alkyl), glycosides (ex. quinovic acid), organic acids (ex. oleanolic, ursolic, palmitoleic), procyanidins, sterols (ex. sitosterol), and triterpenes, as well as catechin, rutin, 3,4-dehydro-5-carboxystrictosidine, and many others. U. tomentosa may assist with microbial support, immune system support, healthy inflammatory response support,8,9 cardiovascular support, neurological support,11-13 blood glucose and metabolic support, and antioxidant support.†

Stevia
A hydro-ethanol extract from Stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana). S. rebaudiana is part of the Asteraceae/Compositae family, native to Brazil and Paraguay, and used as a dietary supplement as well as a sweetener.























Put 2 to 60 drops in 4 oz (120 mL) of water and wait one minute before drinking. Start with 2 drops (30 min before meals) increasing by 2 drops with each dose up to 60 drops, 2 times a day or as directed by physician.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature (59-86°F or 15-30°C). Shake well before use. With the liquid dropper, add the drops to a 4 oz. glass of water, not distilled or reverse osmosis. Do not place drops in hot water. Allow the drops to sit in the water for at least one minute before drinking.

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop.
